Yoga is for ALL kids...toddlers, teens, and in between!  As a school teacher of 17+ years and a 95 hour certified children's yoga teacher, Deepali understands the issues kids face today.  She helps them find center and focus to balance daily life.

Reiki Energy Healing

Deepali offers Reiki energy healing sessions for stress reduction and relaxation.  As a gifted Reiki Master she intuitively tunes in to stagnant energy in the body to clear, balance, and promote healing.  She studied the ancient Eastern art of Reiki under master teachers in Bali and Atlanta.
