Beginners Yoga
Online 6-week series
Sundays, Oct. 10- Nov. 14 @ 10 am CST/ 11 am EST
Suitable for those who are new to yoga, have taken a break in yoga, or would like a gentler practice. In each 60 min. class, you'll learn the fundamentals of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Prepare to experience an upliftment in your body and mind!

Yamas and Niyamas 1.0
Sunday, November 14 @ 12-2 pm EST
The Yamas and the Niyamas are the 1st & 2nd branches of the 8-limbed yogic path. In this 2 hr. online workshop, understand the 5 observances and 5 restraints and how they are the foundation for a fulfilling yogic lifestyle. We will explore and cultivate these virtues through action, speech, and thought. We will also learn about them as they are prescribed by Sage Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.

Prāṇāyāma 1.0
Summer 2021. Inquire for Winter 2022 dates
Prāṇāyāma is the 4th branch of the 8-limbed yogic path. Practice of conscious breathing techniques, yields many health benefits- emotional, physical, & mental. In this 2 hr. online workshop, learn which breath practices support your individual needs. We will also apply Ayurvedic principles, understand the science of breath, and study pranayama as it is outlined in the Yoga Sutras and other Vedic texts.

Dhyāna 1.0
Summer 2021. Inquire for Winter 2022 dates
Dhyāna is the 7th branch of the 8-limbed yogic path. The "Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" state that when we practice meditation, we are aiming to "cease the roaming tendencies of the mind".
In this 2 hr. online workshop, you will learn the essentials of meditation through Vedic source wisdom, science, and experiential application. Learn an effective, step-by-step method to meditate on your own. No app needed!

Sanskrit Mantra Recitation

Chanting Sanskrit mantras produces beneficial resonance within the body and mind. In this 60 min. recurring offering, you will learn mantras for healing and transformation, as well as learn proper pronunciation, and understand the meanings.

The Bhagavad Gītā- 3 part series

Once per month for 3 months, study The Bhagavad Gītā.
Each class in the series will be 60-75 min. in duration. The study will provide you an overview of this epic Vedic scripture that is a guide to living an enlightened life of self-realization. We will also study the teachings of The Gītā as they pertain to yoga. In each class, we will consider how these great Vedic and yogic teachings may be applied to our lives to bring us inner stability, peace, and liberation.
As this is a continuation of study, single class attendance will not be available. If you can not attend live, the recording will be sent to you.

Hatha 75
Online 2022- inquire for dates
In each 75 min. class, we will practice yoga āsana (poses), prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), and dhyāna (meditation) to instill balance to the mind, body, and spirit. My yoga classes are INclusive of all levels, bodies, ages, genders, and ethnicities.
